Lad Who Spent Months Only Training One Trap and Completely Transformed Body Reveals Why He Did It

The content creator refers to himself as 'The Crooked Man' or the 'Trap King'

A guy who spent months training just one trap has completely transformed his body for a particular reason.

The self proclaimed 'crooked man' (@thecrookedman10) has gone viral on socials for seemingly going against one of TikTok's biggest trends.

Aged just 19, the content creator has been working out his trapezius muscle, a large muscle group in the upper back and neck - so if you're going for that Brock Lesnar look, you'll need to be doing loads of shrugs, barbell deadlifts and have fantastic genes.

In this particular case, however, the TikToker is certainly doing those exercises, but with one arm.

Admittedly looking absolutely shredded on his Instagram account, people are wondering why one side of his body looks completely different and in a recent video, he explained why he has undergone such a dramatic body transformation.

Whilst it's hard to tell if he's being completely serious or not, he said: "Why does the one trap guy work out one trap? It's pretty simple. I was scrolling TikToks in my Ferrari, and I kept getting these looksmaxing TikToks."

For those unaware, 'looksmaxing' is a TikTok trend that encourages people to 'look their absolute best' and 'maximise their physical appearance' by going to the gym seven days a week whilst having the most unrealistic morning routine.

I'm sure you've seen the videos.

"And they were like, 'Do this, do that. You'll look more attractive. You'll get more women'," he continued.

He's shared his results online, going viral in the process (Instagram/@thecrookedman10)

"And it's like, people have that problem? I have the opposite problem.

"I get so many DMS, I don't even have time to get through them all.

"So I was like, 'If I have the opposite problem, then I need the opposite solution. What's the opposite of looksmaxing? Looksminimizing'."

Flipping the TikTok trend on its head, he added: "What was the best way to looksminimize? Become more asymmetrical.

"Work out one trap, it solved my problem. And man, it has worked like a charm."

Over in the comments, many applauded his attitude whilst not fully understanding his point.

"Doesn't make any sense!!! I love it," one viewer admitted.

As another joked: "Soo glad I finally know why you weren't replying to my DM's!!!! Makes soo much sense now!"

"I like the form of his trap so much that I started training mine one at a time," a third admitted.

Someone else sort of summed it up perfectly: "Homie is in the class by himself. Teacher and the student. When it comes time to grade he gives himself a C- hoping it will inspire himself to try harder."

Rather than a trend setter, he's a trend finisher.
